Sales Co-ordinator (Vapi)

- Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Answer customer calls and emails, providing product details and answering questions.
- Order Processing: Prepare quotes, process customer orders, and track deliveries.
- Sales Reporting: Keep records of sales, customer interactions, and order status.
- Team Coordination: Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and tracking performance.
- Follow-Ups: Follow up with customers on orders, payments, and feedback.
- Inventory Check: Ensure products are available and ready for shipment. Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹10,000.00
