Position: Plant Manager

Location: Vapi

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities: Plant administration and operational coordination. Plant maintenance and utility maintenance. Coordination with GPCB, GIDC and other statutory authorities. Support and coordination with the production team. Labour supervision, attendance monitoring and workforce management. Coordination with purchase department and other factories. Coordination and follow-up with job work parties and other vendors. Warehouse supervision including material handling, housekeeping and stock record maintenance. Invoice checking, voucher verification and documentation control. Preparation of MIS reports. Maintenance of plant records, statutory documents and registers. Ensure discipline, safety compliance and smooth day-to-day functioning.

Required Skills Experience in chemical / dyes / dye intermediates manufacturing industry preferred. Valuable coordination and administrative skills. Knowledge of factory compliance and liaison work. Familiarity with plant operations, maintenance and labour handling. Computer knowledge including Excel and ERP/SAP preferred.

Required Qualification:
- Diploma/B.E/B.Tech
- Chemical
