We are seeking a energetic CRM Executive to manage customer interactions, enquiries, and sales coordination. The role includes preparing quotations, following up with clients on orders and payments, maintaining robust customer relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between sales and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the CRM system and maintain an up-to-date customer database.

Prepare and send quotations as per client requirements.

Handle customer enquiries and provide timely responses.

Follow up with clients on quotations, orders, and payments.

Coordinate with sales & operations teams for order execution.

Generate reports to support sales strategy and decision-making.

Maintain harmonious customer relationships to foster long-term loyalty.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in Engineering or a related field.

Experience in CRM or Sales Coordination.

Robust communication and follow-up skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
