Laboratory Technician Vapi

Conduct quality testing of plastic granules and raw materials as per company standards.

Check parameters such as MFI, moisture, density, color, strength, and contamination.

Maintain testing records, reports, and lab documentation accurately.

Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and testing instruments.

Coordinate with production and quality teams for batch approval and process improvement.

Ensure samples are collected, labeled, and stored properly.

Follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the laboratory area.

Identify quality issues and report deviations to seniors immediately.

Support R&D; and trial activities for current plastic compounds or granule grades.
