- Supervise and coordinate daily team activities
- Assign tasks and monitor employee performance
- Ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards
- Train, guide, and support team members
- Handle employee issues and provide solutions
- Maintain discipline and ensure company policies are followed
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for management
- Monitor inventory, tools, or resources (if applicable)
