- India/ 100% RemoteWork Type: Open for Contracting or PermanentJob DescriptionSAP Global Trade Services (GTS) Consultant, to support and enhance global trade compliance, customs, and export control processes. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, AMS teams, and project teams to deliver stable and scalable SAP GTS resolutions. The consultant will be responsible for handling production support, service requests, enhancements, process improvements, integration activities, testing support, and overall functional solution delivery within SAP GTS landscapes integrated with SAP ECC/S4HANA environments.Required Skills/Experience:Strong hands-on experience in SAP GTS implementation and/or AMS support projects.Expertise in Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management, and Preference Processing.Experience in Sanctioned Party List (SPL) screening, Embargo Checks, and Export Legal Control.Good understanding of SAP GTS integration with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA systems.Ability to analyze production issues, provide root cause analysis, and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.Experience in handling incidents, service requests, enhancements, and testing activities.Solid stakeholder communication and coordination skills.Ability to work independently in a global support and delivery environment.Good to HaveExperience or exposure to SAP ECC to S/4HANA (E4H) upgrade or transformation projects.Knowledge of SAP GTS edition for SAP HANA and migration considerations.Understanding of cross-functional SAP integration with SD, MM, and FI modules.
