Senior Front-End Engineer (Vapi)

Senior Front-End Engineer (React) Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Engineer with over 7 years of experience in modern web development, specializing in React.js . The ideal candidate will have strong experience building scalable, high-performance applications, with a preference for candidates from the financial services domain .

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-quality front-end applications using React.js
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness
- Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into clean and efficient UI solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment
- Contribute to architectural decisions and front-end strategy

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in front-end development
- Strong expertise in React.js , JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or similar)
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and integration
- Familiarity with modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.)
- Strong experience with version control (Git)
- Proven ability to deliver production-grade, scalable applications

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in financial services, fintech, or banking environments
- Understanding of security, compliance, and data-sensitive applications
- Experience with TypeScript
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Exposure to micro-frontend architecture is a plus
