- BlueOcean Recycling House Pvt Ltd is engaged in the import, manufacturing, trading, and supply of high-quality PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) plastic granules including:
- rPP (Reprocessed Polypropylene)
- rHDPE (Reprocessed High-Density Polyethylene)
- rLDPE (Reprocessed Low-Density Polyethylene) We cater to major plastic packaging and manufacturing companies across India with a focus on quality, consistency, and sustainable recycling solutions. Job Role We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Representative with knowledge of the polymer/plastics industry who can actively generate leads, build client relationships, and drive sales of recycled plastic granules. Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into customers
- Promote and sell PCR recycled plastic granules (rPP, rHDPE, rLDPE)
- Develop relationships with plastic manufacturers, packaging companies, traders, and converters
- Handle client communication, quotations, negotiations, and order closures
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with operations/logistics teams for smooth order execution
- Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activity in the polymer industry
- Travel for client meetings and business development when required Required Skills & Qualification:
- Prior experience in polymer, plastic raw material, masterbatch, packaging, or recycling industry preferred
- Good understanding of plastic granules and polymer grades
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to independently manage sales activities and client acquisition
- Basic knowledge of B2B sales and market development
- Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, email communication, and CRM handling is a plus Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with an existing network in the plastic manufacturing or packaging industry will be preferred
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach toward sales
- Experience in recycled polymer/raw material sales will be an added advantage Salary & Advantages
