Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead marketing efforts such as campaigns, product promotions, market research, exhibitions, and digital strategies to boost brand awareness and generate leads. Track marketing performance metrics, campaign ROI, and prepare management reports. Conduct market research, maintain competitor information, and customer trend studies to identify growth & current market opportunities. Coordinate closely with internal product development team to collaborate for new product development based on customer feedback. Create and manage marketing collateral such as brochures, catalogues, website content, presentations, and product launches. Develop, manage, and strengthen channel partners, distributors, and key industry relationships. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field; MBA preferred. 5–10 years of experience in sales/marketing within industrial automation, with proven track record in OEM markets. Should have deep application knowledge of various industry verticals to promote products & new solutions. Strong knowledge of automation technologies, switchgear products & special cables & experience in working for partners or companies like ABB, Siemens, IGUS, Lapp, Helu, Phoenix Contact.
