QC Head/Head -Quality Control Industry -Plastic/Polymer/Yoga Mat Manufacturing Department:QA&QC; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop QC procedure ,SOPS,Inspection standards and quality plans Monitor raw materials like PVC TPE EVA RUBBER foam and additives Conduct in process and final inspection for: Thickness,Density,Grip/Anti-slip performance,surface finish ,durability & flexibility ,Odor control Required Skills Knowledge of Plastic /ploymer manufacturing process Understanding of PVC ,TPE,EVA Foam materials QC tools 7QC Tools SPC,CAPA,RCA,FMEA Leadership analytical and documentation skills Knowledgw of ISO Standards and Audits Process & Production Quality Work closely with production during extrusion foaming lamination printing and cutting analze defects such as bubbles scratches color variation uneven texture and size issues implement CAPA And process improvement Reduce rejection rework and customer complaints Qualit systems& Compliance Maintain ISO 9001 and other quality systems conduct internal and supplier audits Ensure calibration of testing instruments Maintain quality reports COA AND INSPECTION RECORS Requried Skills Knowledge of plastic /polymer manufacturing processes Understanding of PVC TPE EVA Foam materilas QC Tools 7QC TOOLS,SPC,CAPA ,RCA,FMEA Leadershio analytical and documentation skills knowledge of ISO Standards and audits KPIs Reducation in rejection and work customer complaint reducation audit compliance score on time quality clearance process improvements implemenatation location -vapi contact-8850068895 (urmila-HR) Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mu57w
