Presales Estimation Executive (Vapi)

Experience -1 to 3 yrs Location Vapi Note-Need Positive Communication skills and an electric background Salary range-20k -30k Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimations,quotation and commercial offers.
- Reveiw customer inquiries RFQs ,BOQs and technical specifications
- Coordinate with sales ,purchase ,production and engineering teams for pricing inputs
- Maintain estimation sheets costing data and customer records
- Prepare comparison statements and techno-commerical documents
- Follow-up internally for timely submission of quotations
- Support tender documentation and pre-sales activities
- Maintain MIS reports and quotation tracking records
- Assist in order processing and customer communication when required
- Ensure accuracy in pricing taxes GST Freight and commercial terms. Required Skills Good knowledge of MS Excel ,Word and Email Communication Basic Understanding of costing and commerical calculations Good communication and coordination skills Attention to details and analytical thinking Ability to work under deadlines.
