???? Role: Assistant Coach (Online – Full Time) At Trained By YVS, you’ll work closely with clients using our proven systems to deliver sustainable fat loss transformations — not quick fixes. ???? What You’ll Do Coach clients using our Last Diet Method™ system Create & update nutrition + training plans Ensure daily communication & accountability with clients Monitor progress and improve client outcomes Maintain high standards of confidentiality & professionalism Work completely under the Trained By YVS brand ???? Compensation Training Period (6–10 weeks): ₹20,000/month (paid) Post Training: Fixed: ₹25,000/month Incentives: ₹1,000–₹2,000 per client (can go higher) ₹4,000+ per renewal (can go higher) ???? High performers can reach ₹1 L+/month ???? Work Setup 100% Work From Home (Online Role) Flexible schedule (active hours: 10 AM – 8 PM) Sunday: Reply-only (light work) ✅ Who We’re Looking For Must-haves: Strong communication skills Values money, consistency & long-term growth Comfortable with online/WFH model Has patience & client-handling ability Basic understanding of nutrition & fitness Willing to commit to a minimum 2-year journey Positive to have: Has lost fat themselves / fitness journey 1+ year experience in fitness/nutrition coaching Degree/diploma in nutrition or related field Existing affinity with the brand Strict No: Frequent job switchers People “just exploring” or looking to switch casually Short-term mindset ????
