Sales Co Ordinator Vapi

Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Answer customer calls and emails, providing product details and answering questions. Order Processing: Prepare quotes, process customer orders, and track deliveries. Sales Reporting: Keep records of sales, customer interactions, and order status. Team Coordination: Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and tracking performance. Follow-Ups: Follow up with customers on orders, payments, and feedback. Inventory Check: Ensure products are available and ready for shipment.
