Amazon Seller Central Expert Vapi

About the Role

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and growth-focused Amazon Seller Central Expert who understands the complete ecosystem of Amazon marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing Seller Central accounts, resolving operational issues, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth account health and marketplace growth.

This role requires strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and understanding of Amazon backend operations.

Key Responsibilities

Seller Central Operations Manage day-to-day Amazon Seller Central operations Handle listing uploads, updates, and backend catalog management Monitor account health and resolve suppression/issues Coordinate inventory tracking and listing hygiene Manage variation structures and flat file uploads

Marketplace Management Coordinate with PPC and creative teams for account growth Track listing performance and operational bottlenecks Ensure product pages are updated and compliant Work on account-level growth opportunities

Account Health & Compliance Resolve policy violations, stranded inventory, and suppression issues Coordinate with Amazon support for escalations Monitor performance notifications and compliance alerts Maintain account health metrics

Reporting & Coordination Prepare periodic account reports and observations Coordinate internally with design, PPC, and content teams Maintain execution timelines and operational SOPs

Required Skills Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central Hands-on experience with cataloging and backend operations Knowledge of flat files and variation management Understanding of Amazon policies and account health Good communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple brands/accounts simultaneously

Preferred Skills Basic understanding of Amazon PPC Experience with inventory planning and FBA operations Understanding of keyword indexing and listing structure Experience handling scaling Amazon brands
