Years of Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience Job Type: C2H Notice Period: Immediate joiner - 20 days onlyJob Description: Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP CRM 5.0/7.0, SAP ECC integration, middleware architecture, and functional solution design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in gathering business requirements, preparing functional specifications, designing interfaces and enhancements, and supporting end-to-end CRM implementations and support projects.Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM functional solutions. Configure and support SAP CRM 5.0/7.0 modules based on business needs. Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FS), and Solution Design Documents.Design and document interfaces between SAP CRM and SAP ECC systems. Work closely with technical teams for development of enhancements, reports, workflows, forms, and custom objects. Participate in blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities. Coordinate with middleware and technical teams for integration troubleshooting.Support data synchronization between CRM and ECC systems. Conduct Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution. Provide functional guidance to development teams and business stakeholders. Support incident management, change requests, and enhancement projects.Create user training documents and conduct knowledge transfer sessions. Required Skills SAP CRM Expertise Strong experience in SAP CRM 5.0 and/or SAP CRM 7.0.
