The Job Description Is As Follows SAP Readiness: Ensure all new and transition products are available in SAP, including BoM, Pack Master, and specifications for RMS, PMS, SFG, and FG. The QC module must be ready for use. First Commercial Batches (FCB): R&D presence is required during the FCB for all new or transition products to design manufacturing processes at commercial scale. Validation Batches: For new products or categories, the first three batches will serve as validation batches to establish SFG specifications. This includes compiling test results and designing product quality specifications.Reference Samples: R&D must provide standard reference samples for color, odor, and appearance verification to the Quality Lab. SAP Updates: R&D must update any BoM or Pack Master amendments in SAP as a new version and set the latest version as the default. Documentation: Initiate FCB stability studies at the factory level and prepare documentation in accordance with FDCA guidelines.
