We are now looking for passionate individuals to take this solution to universities and employers who need it most. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Educators & academics Connected to colleges, TPOs, placement cells, or student communities HR professionals With access to talent acquisition, L&D; teams, or employer networks Consultants & freelancers With a network in business, education, recruitment, or skills development Placement & training pros Running institutes, skill programmes, or career coaching services You do not need to be in a metro. In fact, we specifically want people rooted in tier 2 cities like Jaipur, Indore, Coimbatore, Nagpur, Lucknow, Bhubaneswar, and similar, who understand their local education and employer ecosystem intimately. WHAT YOU WILL DO → Introduce Talentorial to universities, colleges, and educational institutions in your city or region, starting conversations and building genuine interest → Open doors with HR heads and talent acquisition teams at SMEs and mid-size employers who are looking for a smarter way to hire → Arrange introductory meetings so the Talentorial founder can personally present and demo the platform to close the deal initially → As you grow with us, take on demos and presentations yourself with full support, training, and resources → Be the local face of Talentorial: attend events, build relationships, and represent the mission in your community. HOW IT WORKS 01 You arrange a qualified meeting with a university or employer in your city or region 02 Talentorial presents, demos, and works to close the partnership, with the founder leading initially 03 You earn incentives at each milestone: meeting arranged, partner onboarded, and beyond The incentive structure is discussed personally.
