Tele Caller Executive (Vapi)

- FEMALE CANDIDATE We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Tele caller to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Tele calling to existing and potential customers
- Lead generation through calls and follow-ups
- Understanding customer requirements and explaining products/services
- Preparing and sharing quotations
- Regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into orders
- Closing deals and achieving targets
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Customer retention and after-sales coordination
- Updating customer data and maintaining CRM records
- Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & English; Gujarati language is a plus)
- Strong convincing skills
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM)
- Professional attitude and positive approach
- Time management and multitasking skills Qualification:
- 12th Pass
- Graduate Experience:
- Minimum 1 + years of experience
