Position Executive Sr Executive
- Logistics Location Umbergaon near by Vapi Experience 4 -6 Years Industries Textile Responsibilities Negotiate freight charges with transporter trucking companies courier partners to ensure the best possible rates and service quality Track shipments Plan coordinate truck shipments for inbound outbound logistics based on dispatch schedules Plan and manage the movement of raw materials yarn fabric dyes trims to production units and finished goods to buyers Coordinate with suppliers freight forwarders and transporters for timely import export shipments Monitor warehouse operations for proper storage handling and dispatch of textile goods Ensure compliance with export documentation packing lists invoices LC documents shipping bills as per buyer and customs requirements Track and follow up on cargo movement sea air road to ensure on-time delivery to buyers worldwide Work closely with production merchandising and procurement teams to align logistics with production schedules Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock movements between warehouses and production units Optimize transportation costs while maintaining quality and timely delivery standards Handle buyer audits vendor compliance and logistics reporting for management review Resolve any logistics-related issues such as shipment delays customs clearance problems or damage claims Required Skills Must be excellent in written and spoken English net savvy and adept at computer skills Attention for detail Team player Positive in communication Required Qualification
