We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Data & Business Analyst to support strategic and Operational decision-making across our paper manufacturing and supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will combine robust data analytical skills with business process acumen to optimize production, procurement, sales and logistics. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights while working cross-functionally to improve processes, reduce costs, and drive productivity.

Key Responsibilities Collect Data from Internal and external sources relevant to business operations.

Streamline data collection methods and develop automated, user-friendly routines.

Design and develop databases and data systems that support business functions.

Design technical and process-driven solution to address identified business functions.

Maintain and monitor database by troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.

Analyze datasets and patterns findings in an easily interpretable format for stakeholders.

Interpret data trends patterns to inform strategic decisions.

Prepare explicit and concise reports and dashboards for leadership teams.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead optimization initiatives.

Collaborate with engineers, IITA professionals and other teams to improve data quality and processes.

Utilize Excel and Power BI to conduct analysis and create data visualizations.
