Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Officer – Production to support production activities and ensure smooth plant operations while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities Monitor day-to-day production activities and support smooth plant operations. Ensure production targets are achieved as per plan. Maintain production records, log sheets, and daily reports. Monitor process parameters and report any deviations. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and utility teams for smooth operations. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, SOPs, and company policies. Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and implementing corrective actions. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. Ensure housekeeping and maintain a protected working workplace in the production area.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or relevant discipline. Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years in Production operations. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and plant operations. Knowledge of MS Office.
