Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer Intern to join our growing development team. You will play a key role in building intuitive, scalable, and high-performance web applications to support regulatory compliance, traceability, and analytics for battery systems. You’ll work closely with backend engineers, designers, and product owners in an agile setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance the Battery Passport and Battery Analytics web platforms.
Build responsive, accessible, and performant UIs using React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Ant Design and TypeScript.
Collaborate with designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
Participate in end-to-end feature delivery: planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
Work closely with backend developers, integrating REST APIs.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
Support CI/CD processes and deployments (Docker, Azure Pipelines).
Stay updated on frontend best practices, frameworks, and tooling.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Min. 6 months of hands-on experience in up-to-date frontend development.
Robust experience with React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Tailwind CSS.
Robust experience with state management libraries such as Context API, Redux, or Zustand, as well as testing and performance optimization techniques.
Understanding of backend and database technologies such as Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis is a plus.
Experience with deployment technologies like Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
