Weekly Shift: Tuesday through Saturday

We're looking for a skilled professional to ensure top-notch performance and provide outstanding support for Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules. If you're passionate about innovation, problem-solving, and collaborating in a fast-paced environment, this is your prospect to shine.

How You Will Contribute:

Resolve incidents and troubleshoot issues across OM, Shipping, Logistics, Inventory, and Procurement modules.

Monitor and manage concurrent job failures, ensuring timely recoveries.

Develop and deploy fixes utilizing PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflows.

Collaborate with business and IT teams to drive ticket resolutions and implement enhancements.

Support UAT and transition current projects into steady-state operations.

The Must-Haves:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.

8–15 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 (preferably R12.2.4+) support and development.

Advanced skills in PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflows is a plus.

Robust knowledge of SCM modules like OM, Inventory, Procurement, BOM, Shipping, etc.

Familiarity with logistics systems such as OTM, GTM, and 3PL is a plus.

Outstanding problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.

Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
