Key Responsibilities Surface Preparation: Clean surfaces, remove old paint, fill holes, sand, and apply primers or sealers. Application: Use brushes, rollers, sprayers, or sandblast machinery to apply paints, varnishes, and protective coatings. Color Matching: Mix paints and oils to achieve the desired colors, shades, and textures. Site Management: Protect surrounding areas with drop sheets, mask areas for spraying, and clean up the work zone after completion. Safety: Strictly adhere to OSHA and workplace safety rules, including wearing appropriate protective gear and handling hazardous chemicals. Inventory: Track material inventory, estimate project requirements, and manage equipment maintenance
