Plastic Machine Operator Vapi

Operate and monitor extrusion machines used for manufacturing plastic granules/products.

Set machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, and material flow as per production requirements.

Load raw materials and ensure continuous feeding during production.

Check product quality regularly and report defects or machine issues to the supervisor.

Maintain production records, machine logs, and material consumption details.

Perform basic machine cleaning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities.

Ensure safety standards, housekeeping, and SOP compliance on the shop floor.
