The Learning Program Implementation Manager is responsible for the implementation and delivery of digital learning programs across global markets. This role combines partner onboarding and enablement, project management, learning program analysis, and performance reporting to drive measurable learner and partner outcomes. The role operates at the intersection of program delivery, learning design and partner success, ensuring high-quality implementation, solid stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities 1. Program & Project Management
- Lead end-to-end program implementation, from offering design through onboarding, execution and reporting.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams (content, platform, operations and regional stakeholders) to ensure delivery alignment.
- Manage multiple workstreams and priorities, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes.

2. Learning Program Implementation
- Execute deployment of digital learning programs and experiences through partners.
