Public Relations Specialist (Vapi)

Public Relations Specialist responsible for managing brand reputation, building media relationships, and driving consistent external communication. Role focuses on shaping public perception, handling communication strategies, and ensuring the brand maintains a strong and credible presence across platforms. Role Focus Areas

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute public relations strategies aligned with brand objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and industry stakeholders
- Draft press releases, media statements, and official communications
- Manage brand communication across external platforms and channels
- Monitor media coverage and track brand mentions
- Coordinate PR campaigns, events, and announcements
- Handle crisis communication and ensure timely, appropriate responses
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams on communication strategies
- Maintain PR reports and analyze communication effectiveness
