- Banking Technology Projects. We are looking for Banking domain expert in Automated Clearing House (ACH), Payment, NACHA standards, ISO 20022 frameworks. Experience with Montran Payment Platform strongly preferable. Shift Time: 5 PM
- 1 AM IST The Manager, Technology & Projects is responsible for leading CLIENT’s technology initiatives, system enhancements, and project delivery activities supporting the Automated Clearing House (ACH) infrastructure across the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union. The role focuses on the planning, coordination, and execution of technology-driven initiatives, including system upgrades, platform integrations, operational improvements, and implementation of new payment capabilities. The incumbent will act as a key liaison between CLIENT, the ACH system operator, technology vendors, and participating financial institutions to ensure that all platform changes and technology initiatives are delivered in a secure, resilient, and efficient manner. This position requires a strong technology and systems background, combined with an understanding of electronic payments infrastructure, clearing systems, and financial sector operations. Key Responsibilities: Project & Change Management Technology & Systems Management Lead the planning and execution of technology initiatives supporting CLIENT’s clearing and payments infrastructure. Coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and platform improvements with the ACH operator and technology vendors. Support the technical architecture and operational reliability of CLIENT platforms and related technology environments. Work closely with vendors and participants to ensure secure and stable integration with ACH systems. Assess technology solutions and innovations that could enhance ACH operations, efficiency, and resilience. Support the implementation of modern payments standards, including ISO 20022 and other emerging payment technologies. Administer CLIENT’s core internal technology platforms, including Microsoft 365 services, user accounts, licenses, and collaboration environments, ensuring appropriate security controls and operational continuity. Payments Operations & ACH Workplace Support: 1. Support improvements to ACH operations including file processing, settlement workflows, reconciliation, and automation initiatives. 2. Ensure system changes align with CLIENT Rules, NACHA standards, ISO 20022 frameworks, and applicable regulatory requirements. 3. Monitor operational trends and assess the impact of technology changes on participants and the wider payment ecosystem. SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Education § Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field. § Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2), Business Analysis (CBAP), or Agile methodologies is strongly preferred. Experience § Minimum 5 years experience in technology project management, systems implementation, or digital infrastructure environments. § Experience working with enterprise platforms, system integrations, APIs, middleware, or financial technology systems. § Exposure to electronic payments systems, clearing infrastructure, or financial sector technology environments would be an asset. § Experience coordinating with technology vendors and cross-institution stakeholders. Technical Competencies Understanding of systems architecture, integrations, APIs, and platform environments. Familiarity with technology project management methodologies. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI or similar). Knowledge of testing environments and quality assurance processes. Proficiency in MS Office 365; experience with system administration is an asset.
