Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Lead Generation
- Conduct daily field visits to identify and meet potential clients
- Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, market visits, referrals, and local networking Sales Process Management
- Handle the complete field sales cycle
- Schedule meetings, give product demonstrations, negotiate quotations, and close deals Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Visit existing customers and project sites to understand requirements
- Convert additional or parallel projects into business Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and assigned KPIs Sales Strategy & Planning
- Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Work closely with the Sales Manager on sales plans and goals Market & Competitor Intelligence
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collect competitor pricing and local market information and share insights Reporting & Record Maintenance
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer meetings, and expenses (travel, food, etc.)
- Submit weekly sales reports to management Brand Representation & Product Presentation
- Represent the company professionally at trade shows and networking events
- Visit customers and physically demonstrate products Travel & Territory Planning
- Plan daily and weekly travel to ensure proper coverage of assigned territory Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Who Can Apply
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales.
- Experience in UPVC & Aluminium industry preferred Skills Required
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Ability to work independently and in a team
