QC at a Garment factory for Woven womenswear Garment
Responsibilities: Conduct trim inspections for buttons, zippers, labels, and accessories as per tech pack.
Requirements: Experience in woven womenswear garment quality control. Valuable knowledge of garment construction, measurements, and AQL standards. Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Approve fit, size set, and PP samples before bulk production. Monitor cutting and pattern matching before production starts. Perform inline quality audits during sewing operations. Identify defects and coordinate immediate corrective actions. Check finishing quality including pressing, thread trimming, and button-holing. Conduct final AQL inspections before shipment.
