The company positions itself as a trusted partner, helping organizations recover outstanding debts efficiently and responsibly.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Vapi. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify prospective business clients, present MoneyGuard's debt recovery solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Responsibilities include conducting outbound calls and meetings, delivering product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms in line with company guidelines. The role also involves maintaining a strong sales pipeline, updating CRM records, and collaborating with operations and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. The Sales Executive will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets while representing MoneyGuard with professionalism and a strong focus on ethical, compliant business practices.Qualifications Proven skills in B2B sales, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals in a target-driven environment. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to explain technology-enabled services clearly to business clients. Experience in client relationship management, including account growth, retention, and handling objections professionally.Comfort with using CRM tools, basic data analysis, and digital platforms to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance. Understanding of financial services or collections/debt recovery processes is an advantage, along with a commitment to ethical and legal practices. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or comparable practical experience).Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently on-site in Vapi, with a focus on meeting deadlines and targets. Proficiency in English and local languages preferred, and willingness to travel locally for client meetings as needed Location- Vapi
