Construction supervisor, Varanasi

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our projects in Varanasi.

​Key Responsibilities

​Daily Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site to ensure work progresses according to the project plan

​Labor Management: Coordinate and manage site workers, masons, and subcontractors to maintain productivity.

​Quality Control: Ensure all work meets structural standards and architectural specifications.

​Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.

​Material Tracking: Monitor material usage, prevent wastage, and report requirements to the procurement team.

​Reporting: Maintain daily logs and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.

​Job Details & Benefits

​Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience).

​Work Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
​Location: Various project sites across Varanasi.

​Candidate Requirements

​Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven field experience in construction supervision.

​Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

​Technical Knowledge: Ability to read blueprints, floor plans, and technical drawings.

​Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Varanasi’s local vendors and labor market is a plus.

​Physical Stamina: Comfortable working in outdoor environments and standing for long durations.
