Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our projects in Varanasi.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site to ensure work progresses according to the project plan

Labor Management: Coordinate and manage site workers, masons, and subcontractors to maintain productivity.

Quality Control: Ensure all work meets structural standards and architectural specifications.

Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.

Material Tracking: Monitor material usage, prevent wastage, and report requirements to the procurement team.

Reporting: Maintain daily logs and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.

Job Details & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience).

Work Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Location: Various project sites across Varanasi.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven field experience in construction supervision.

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Technical Knowledge: Ability to read blueprints, floor plans, and technical drawings.

Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Varanasi’s local vendors and labor market is a plus.

Physical Stamina: Comfortable working in outdoor environments and standing for long durations.
