Key Responsibilities Lead Generation&Acquisition: Source qualified buyers through channel partners, brokers, and referrals Network Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, IPCs, and channel partners Market Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of the Virar–Vasai market to generate quality leads Performance Tracking: Monitor sourcing performance and optimize strategiesMarket Analysis: Stay updated on trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences (especially in luxury real estate).
