About the Role We are looking for an energetic and confident Sales & Reception Executive to join our yoga studio. The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping people, comfortable speaking with clients, and focused on converting inquiries into memberships. Key Responsibilities: Handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and website leads.

Explain studio services, programs, and membership plans.

Convert inquiries into trial sessions and memberships.

Follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline.

Manage front desk and member registrations.

Maintain client records and daily reports.

Support member retention and renewals.

Coordinate with trainers for smooth member onboarding. Handle basic administrative and reception duties. Requirements:

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Ability to handle sales targets and follow-ups.

Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge. Prior sales or reception experience is preferred but not mandatory.
