URGENTLY REQUIRED Company Name : PT Ecological Services Pvt Ltd. Position: Sales Executive Qualification: BE/Graduate/ Post Graduate Experiance : 3 -10 Years Salary : 4 LPA
- 5 LPA Location : Virar ,Borivali.Navi Mumbai. 1. Business Development & Lead Generation Identify and develop new business opportunities in STP, ETP, WTP, and waste management solutions Conduct market research to identify potential clients (industries, builders, consultants, etc.) Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and digital platforms Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects Developing New AMC / CMC & Renewal of Maintenance contract 2. Sales & Client Acquisition Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and cost estimates Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets 1. Client Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients Follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution 4. Coordination & Reporting Collaborate with technical and project teams for solution design and execution Update and maintain accurate data in CRM systems Track sales progress, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management Ensure proper handover of projects to execution teams 5. Marketing & Brand Promotion Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, trade shows, and seminars Represent the company professionally in meetings and industry events Promote company services and maintain brand positioning in the market Key Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation and closing skills A bility to handle multiple stakeholders and decision-makers Good presentation and client-facing skills Strong time management and organizational abilities Basic technical understanding of water/waste treatment systems (preferred) Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Science / Business Administration (preferred) 1–5 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in STP/ETP/WTP or related industry) Freshers with robust sales aptitude can also be considered Performance Metrics (KPIs) Number of leads generated Conversion ratio (lead to order) Revenue achieved vs target Client acquisition and retention Market expansion in new areas Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00
