- Payroll Processing: Calculate wages, bonuses, deductions, and taxes to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Compliance & Taxes: Ensure all payroll processes comply with local, state, and national labor laws and tax regulations.
- HR Data Management: Maintain and update internal payroll databases, tracking timesheets, leaves, and employee changes (e.g., promotions, recent hires, or terminations).
