Senior Data Analyst (Vasant Kunj)

In this role, you will lead advanced analytics initiatives, architect data models, and serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, transforming raw data into competitive advantages. The ideal candidate is a master of SQL and business intelligence tools, possesses deep statistical expertise, and has a proven track record of mentoring junior analysts and driving cross-functional data strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Analytics & Modeling: Design, develop, and maintain complex data models, predictive models, and statistical analyses to uncover deep business insights.
- Strategic Leadership: Partner with executive leadership and department heads to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and align data strategies with long-term business goals.
- Analytics Infrastructure: Oversee the design and optimization of data pipelines, data warehousing structures, and automated reporting systems to ensure data integrity and scalability.
- Data Storytelling & Visualization: Build sophisticated, executive-ready dashboards in BI platforms that simplify complex trends and drive strategic decision-making.
- Mentorship & Governance: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, establishing best practices for code documentation, query optimization, and data governance. Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Extensive skilled experience in a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end analytics projects.
- Advanced SQL Mastery: Expert-level SQL skills, including the ability to write highly optimized queries, manage complex joins, and handle large-scale data manipulation.
- BI Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience designing and architecting enterprise-level dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python or R for advanced statistical analysis, data cleaning, and predictive modeling.
- Data Infrastructure: Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and ETL/ELT processes.
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive data adoption across an organization.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Pay: ₹56,000.00
