• Teach IB DP Psychology (HL/SL) with conceptual depth and engaging pedagogy
• Guide students through Internal Assessments with methodological precision and ethical conduct
• Facilitate thoughtful discussions connecting theories, research, and real-world contexts
• Deliver high-quality online lessons designed for interaction and intellectual challenge
• Integrate ATL skills, TOK connections, and interdisciplinary learning where relevant

• 2+ years of experience teaching IB DP Psychology
• Masters degree in Psychology (any specialization)
• Strong academic writing, research methods & APA formatting skills
• Comfortable with conceptual teaching and data-driven feedback
• Reflective, empathetic, globally minded, and committed to student growth
• IB teaching certification is a plus
