The Challenge: Commerce is the language of the global economy. We seek an Educator to provide a rigorous, forward-looking education in Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics, preparing students for university and future professional leadership.

Your role is to connect academic theory to practical business reality, instilling critical financial and economic literacy.

• Curriculum Elevation: Design and deliver a demanding, conceptually-rich curriculum for middle and high school students, covering core Commerce subjects.
• Practical Application: Utilize case studies, financial simulations, market analysis, and contemporary business news to make complex topics like taxation or microeconomics tangible and relevant.
• Future Readiness: Mentor students on career pathways in finance, entrepreneurship, and management, fostering skills like ethical decision-making and data interpretation.
• Conceptual Mastery: Ensure robust understanding of foundational principles in accounting and economic theory.

• Academic Rigor: Masters or Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Economics. CA/CS qualification is a strong asset.
• Experience & Impact: Proven success in teaching high-level Commerce subjects.
• Pedagogical Excellence: Ability to translate abstract financial and economic models into accessible, engaging lessons.
