You will be instrumental in building a foundation of mathematical literacy, guiding learners from basic arithmetic to advanced abstract concepts.

• Conceptual Depth: Lead instruction across Grades 110, ensuring students develop a deep understanding of concepts in Algebra, Geometry, and Number Theory, emphasizing why formulas work.
• Problem-Solving Focus: Design and implement challenging, real-world application problems that force students to think creatively and strategically, utilizing mathematics as a powerful tool.
• Differentiation: Masterfully address diverse learning paces by providing advanced enrichment for high-achievers and targeted intervention for those needing foundational support.
• Assessment Innovation: Employ assessments that prioritize analytical reasoning and procedural fluency over mere memorization.

• Academic Rigor: Masters or Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Applied Math, or a related quantitative field.
