Be a part of the Puravankara family, be a part of a life crafted for you Role Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Interior Design professional to lead and drive interior design strategy and execution across large-scale residential developments. The role requires strong experience with a real estate developer , ensuring design excellence, cost efficiency, and seamless project delivery from concept to handover. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interior design for residential projects including sample flats, lobbies, clubhouses, and common areas
- Develop and review concept designs, layouts, mood boards, and material specifications
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for design alignment
- Ensure adherence to brand standards, design guidelines, and customer experience benchmarks
- Drive value engineering while maintaining design quality and aesthetics
- Review and finalize BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications
- Monitor site execution , ensuring design intent, quality, and timelines are met
- Manage vendor selection, design approvals, and procurement coordination
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
- Lead and mentor design teams , ensuring high performance and collaboration Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in residential interior design (developer-side)
- Excellent design sensibility with commercial awareness
- Robust stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and execution techniques Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred)
- Knowledge of 3D visualization tools (Lumion / 3ds Max)
- Familiarity with BOQ, costing, and vendor management Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) / Interior Design or related field
- 15+ years of experience in interior design
- Mandatory experience with a real estate developer (not only consultancy)
