Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Research & Investment Analyst located in Bangalore Urban. The Analyst will conduct financial modeling, perform property evaluations, and undertake in-depth market research to identify investment opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence, supporting underwriting efforts, and preparing detailed financial reports. The role also entails working closely with investors to provide insights on market conditions and viable assets, while ensuring adherence to compliance and industry guidelines. We are building a high-performance commercial investment desk focused on helping investors identify income-generating and growth-oriented assets across South India. We are looking for an analytical and market-driven qualified who can become the backbone of our commercial advisory division. Key Responsibilities
- Research commercial investment opportunities across office, retail, warehouse and mixed-use sectors
- Build investment reports and financial analysis sheets
- Track rental yields, lease structures and tenant profiles
- Monitor emerging markets and growth corridors
- Create market intelligence reports and presentations
- Support leadership team during investment advisory discussions
- Build and maintain a commercial inventory database
- Conduct due diligence and developer research Candidate Profile
- Experience in commercial real estate, investment analysis or research
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and rental models
