Project Management Officer / Chatbot Developer: We are looking for a talented Junior Chatbot Developer or PMO to join our team and contribute to building intelligent, scalable conversational solutions for global clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing chatbots using leading frameworks, integrating backend services, and delivering end-to-end conversational journeys. Qualifications & Skills Mandatory Skills:
- 1–3 years of proven experience in building chatbots with complete end-to-end implementation.
- Strong proficiency in Dialogflow for creating conversational interfaces.
- Hands-on expertise using the Microsoft Bot Framework for developing and deploying scalable chatbot applications. Technical Skills:
- Good understanding of Conversational AI principles and designing natural, engaging dialogues.
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts such as intents, entities, contexts, and fallbacks.
- Experience in building and consuming REST APIs for integrating chatbots with backend systems.
- Ability to design chatbot flows from requirement gathering to deployment and enhancement.
- Understanding of messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, RCS, Facebook Messenger, and Telegram . Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong documentation skills to maintain chatbot designs, flows, and technical specs.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Both English and Hindi. Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy chatbot solutions for clients across platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, and web chat.
- Design effective conversation flows using Dialogflow and the Microsoft Bot Framework .
- Integrate NLP techniques to identify user intent, manage conversation context, and provide accurate responses.
- Build and maintain REST API integrations to connect chatbots with internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to capture requirements and translate them into chatbot workflows.
- Monitor bot performance, analyze chat transcripts, and enhance the experience through iterative improvements.
- Prepare detailed documentation including conversational flows, technical details, and release notes.
