Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Architect role based in Bangalore Urban. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing unique architectural projects, collaborating with teams to create innovative and functional designs, and managing projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities also include integrating modern technologies with architectural craftsmanship and ensuring timely project delivery.

Qualifications

- Proficient in Architecture and Architectural Design with a strong understanding of aesthetics and functionality.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and timely delivery of projects.
- Knowledge of Software Development and Integration as it pertains to design and construction tools is an advantage.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar CAD software).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and creativity in design thinking.
- Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and client interaction.
- Degree in Architecture or a related field with relevant certifications/registrations (preferred).
