The Sales Employee will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting customized travel packages, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Responsibilities also include building strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored travel solutions. Additional tasks may include managing sales inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the customer service team to support clients throughout their journey. SALARY 18,000 to 25,000 per month plus incentives Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales processes
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing sales inquiries and client records
- Previous experience in sales, travel consultancy, or related fields preferred
- Ability to understand client preferences and create tailored travel solutions
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in problem-solving and handling customer inquiries professionally
- Familiarity with the travel industry or a passion for travel is a plus
