The Telemarketer will engage with potential clients to deliver information about services, schedule appointments, and guide leads through the sales process. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls to potential customers, answering inquiries, discussing advertisements and services, and providing exceptional customer service to meet the company's sales objectives and present its offerings professionally. Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with potential clients and handle inquiries
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling and customer service to ensure positive client experiences
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to engage clients and meet targets
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with CRM systems and telemarketing practices is a plus
- Previous experience in a telemarketing or call center role preferred
