About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and persistent Tele Marketing Executive to drive outbound lead generation through cold calls. You will source potential clients using online platforms and business directories, initiate outreach, and introduce them to 3DTRIXS and its services. This role is a crucial starting point in our sales pipeline—helping generate interest and set up qualified meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Research and collect email addresses and phone numbers from various sources, including company websites, Google, Apollo I/O, and other platforms.
Make 50–70 outbound calls daily to introduce 3DTRIXS and its services.
Create interest, qualify prospects, and set up 3–5 qualified meetings per day for the sales team.
Log call outcomes and update lead status in CRM (Zoho) or Google Sheets .
Send follow-up emails or WhatsApp messages after initial calls, adhering to follow-up schedules (e.g., days 3, 5, 10, 15, 30).
Consistently follow up with warm leads to maximize meeting conversions.
Achieve daily and weekly calling and meeting targets.
Skills Needed
Effective verbal communication in English and Hindi (English reading and writing required).
Confident, engaging phone presence with persistence and resilience in cold calling.
Strong research skills to identify quality leads.
Basic knowledge or interest in video production, animation, AI, AR, VR, and related technologies .
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho preferred), Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Gmail, Outlook, and LinkedIn .
Positive organizational skills and attention to detail.
