In this role, You will own the predictive and statistical modeling function at a gaming studio with millions of active players .You will work alongside an established analytics team and a senior data engineer, but your focus is different from theirs: you bring the mathematical rigor to turn data into forward-looking decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Statistical Modeling : Apply quantitative methods to business problems across the studio — AB testing, forecasting, player segmentation, pricing analysis

Data-Driven Decision Support : Translate complex outputs into explicit recommendations for UA campaign managers, producers, and studio leadership

Advanced Analytics : Go beyond dashboards and reports — design experiments, build causal models, and apply rigorous statistical methods to answer the most challenging questions in gaming

Production Models : Take models from prototype to production — your work needs to run reliably, not just in a notebook

Qualifications & Skills

Must have:

5+ years of experience in a quantitative role (Data Scientist, Quantitative Analyst, or similar)

Solid foundation in statistics and probability — you understand when and why to apply specific methods, not just which library to import
