- 6-10 Grade Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging, concept-driven online classes for students from Grades 6 to 10. Design and develop interactive lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials. Use digital tools to explain complex Math‘s concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. Track student performance and provide detailed feedback and support. Collaborate with the academic and content team to enhance course delivery and learning outcomes. Stay updated with the latest curriculum changes and EdTech trends. Qualifications & Skills: Educational Background: Any graduates/Post graduates in math or related field from IIT/NIT. Experience: Minimum 4 years of online teaching experience in the EdTech space. Solid command over Math for Grades 6 to 10 (CBSE/ICSE/State Boards). Familiarity with online teaching tools like Zoom, Google Meet, Whiteboard tools, etc. Ability to break down complex topics into fun, easy-to-learn modules. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. A student-first approach and high levels of empathy and patience. Preferred: Experience creating or curating video-based content. Prior work with top EdTech platforms.
