Lead business and functional workshops for CC&B;, CCS, and MDM modules
• Own end-to-end solution architecture aligned with Oracle best practices and regulatory standards.
• Configure core CCS/C2M modules including Billing, Rates, Payments, Credit & Collections, Metering, Budgets, and Financials covering Usage, VEE, Estimation, Aggregation, Measuring Components, and Device Configuration.
• Develop custom solutions using OUAF (Algorithms, Batch Jobs, Business Services, BO/MO, Change Handlers, UI Maps, Zones, Portals).
• Implement integrations using XAI inbound services, outbound messaging, filebased interfaces, OSB, and external systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Lead data conversion strategy, mapping, validation, and mock conversions using best and productive practices.
• Support testing cycles (ST, SIT, UAT, Bill parallel, Regression and performance), deployments, upgrades, and P1/P2 production incidents.
• Mentor team members, review designs and code, and provide effort estimates.
